Terms of Service

1.The warranty period for energy storage products is 3 years of free maintenance after the production date, with paid maintenance from 3 to 10 years. The warranty period for solar panels and accessories such as cables and chargers is 1 year after the production date.

2.JIEYO provides free repair parts and technical support to dealers during the warranty period.

3.Within 30 days from the date of customer receipt, if the product experiences any malfunction, including DOA (Dead-on Arrival), replacement and logistics claim can be processed after confirmation by JIEYO's after-sales engineers and logistics team. The distributor is responsible for providing replacement/repair services to their customers.
4.JIEYO provides free warranty service for products that meet the warranty conditions during the warranty period.

5.The following situations require payment of repair and parts costs:
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by force majeure events (such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
- Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals;
- Any defects or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external factors;
- Invalid purchase voucher;
- The warranty period has expired;
- Products wear and depreciate over time as they are used.

6.For dealers who are authorized for the first time, JIEYO will provide technical training and maintenance guidance through remote means. If necessary, JIEYO will also offer face-to-face training and guidance.

7.For key customers, JIEYO will provide an additional 2%-5% of maintenance spare parts or complete machines, establish spare parts warehouses and maintenance centers, to support dealers with maintenance capabilities in completing maintenance and after-sales work.

8.The distributor shall be responsible for transporting the faulty product back to the nearest JIEYO repair center for replacement.

9.The returned and exchanged goods collected by the maintenance center will be handled by the dealers themselves in the future depending on the situation.
